·         Volunteered to provide onsite lead support for Cricket’s LTE deployment project in the Philadelphia Market (Mar ’12). This was a three week commitment to install and integrating Lucent LTE technology (2941 Cisco Routers). To meet project milestones we worked as teams of two-three technicians, with a target of fifteen sites per week; my team exceeded goal by five sites per week (total of 60 during this commitment).

·         Over the years I became a go to technician that mentor, supports and train other technicians, meanwhile increasing their knowledge in areas that they may have trouble.

·         Project management experience in managing new site builds Ground and Rooftop sites, also perform Modifications by print specifications.

·         Overseeing general contractor’s progress and quality control as part of day-to-day duties. 

·         Team leader of groups of GC’s/Employees between 5-20 people on various projects to help optimize the network like; Microwave installation and integration, Bi-Annual RF and KPI performance training.

·         Covered an area of over 140+ Cell sites

·         Knowledge of Battery, T1, Fiber and RF Performance test equipment; Mantronic, JDSU, Anritsu, EXFO, OWL, PIM, and Fiber Scope.
